The Department of Psychiatry is based on the Warneford Hospital site in Oxford – a friendly, welcoming place of work with an international reputation for excellence. The Department has a substantial research programme, with major funding from Medical Research Council (MRC), Wellcome Trust and National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) and provides highly rated medical training in psychiatry. The Head of Department is Professor Belinda Lennox. Oxford Precision Psychiatry Lab (OxPPL), led by Professor Andrea Cipriani, is an international multidisciplinary group of researchers, clinicians, statisticians, and methodologists who are passionate about improving the lives of people with mental illness across the lifespan. It is available on a flexible hybrid basis with minimum on-site in the office 4 days a week (ideally, Monday to Thursday), to work closely with the OxPPL and PRADA team. You will work with the Chief Investigator, Trial Manager and the Executive team to ensure efficient delivery of this project. You will help establish governance structure, groups, roles, responsibilities and accountabilities, and develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and agreed policies. You will contribute to the identification of risks involved in the project and manage project communications among collaborators across multiple sites at national, and international levels.About YouYou must have an undergraduate degree along with experience in planning, and managing a project. With the ability to work through a multi-disciplinary framework you must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and an interest in sharing and promoting research outputs and activities.
