Overview Were looking for aProgrammatic Account Director to join a pivotal role within ourteam across some of the best in class international brands in theretail market. The role will offer a mixture of strategy,management and business development to support the growth of ourprogrammatic and display services globally. Right now, we’relooking for a keen and highly motivated Account Director with apassion for online marketing, to define programmatic and displaystrategy, develop new client relationships along with overseeingthe activation of campaigns. We have an integrated enthusiasticdisplay team that plan and activate across a broad spectrum ofchannels providing a unique opportunity for the right candidate.The role reports into our Head of Display + Search.Responsibilities * Act as the senior point of contact forprogrammatic across a portfolio of clients, assuming ultimateresponsibility for all implemented programs and managingescalations. * Line management of programmatic traders, as well asmentoring and support of the wider display team in programmaticcampaign planning. * Act as the strategic expert in programmatic,working with ADs, AMs, and Planners to define frameworks that hitour client’s KPIs and business objectives. * Overseeing allelements of the delivery, optimisation and reporting ofprogrammatic campaigns. * Working with the Head of Display and ourSales Team to develop and deliver pitches, with a view to growglobal programmatic services. * Cross-selling display to Assemblysexisting client base by working with Business Directors toproactively identify opportunities. * Act as an internal expert onemerging trends, technologies and opportunities in the area ofprogrammatic, nurturing publisher and Ad tech partnerrelationships. * Work with the Head of Display, Ad Tech team, DataScientists and Assembly Developers to develop innovativeprogrammatic solutions and new products. Required Skills * Seniorclient handling and relationship management experience essential. *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills needed forinternal client and publisher relationship management. * Wideknowledge and understanding of the programmatic landscape. *Programmatic trading & planning experience. * Hands-onexperience with programmatic DSPs (DV360, Teads, TTD, Google Ads)and knowledge of the trafficking process is beneficial. *Demonstrable experience of delivering best-in-class digitalcampaigns; e.g. through winning industry awards. * Management ofactivity across international markets preferential but notrequired.
