Professional Learning Program Manager - German Speaking

12-Month Contract
£437.70 per day (Inside IR35)
3 days working on-site in Battersea, London

PCR Digital is hiring on behalf of a global tech brand for a 12-month contract position to manage the rollout and localisation of a high-impact digital learning and coaching programme for educators across Germany, France, and Italy.

This role is ideal for a detail-driven Programme Manager with a passion for education, learning transformation, and digital innovation. You'll work with international teams to deliver a professional development initiative that empowers instructional coaches and education specialists to support teachers in making effective use of classroom technology.

About the Programme

The coaching programme is a free professional learning initiative designed for educators in coaching roles (e.g. instructional coaches, digital learning specialists). It blends self-paced learning modules, virtual workshops, and a personalised coaching portfolio to help coaches:

Support teachers in technology integration at all levels of skill.
Create engaging, student-centred and personalised learning environments.
Align digital tools with teaching objectives and student outcomes.
Become change agents for innovation in their schools.

The programme has already launched in several regions globally. This role will focus on successfully scaling and supporting its implementation in Germany, Italy, and France.

What You'll Do:

Lead Programme Rollout Across Three Markets:

Drive the successful localisation and launch of the educator coaching programme across Germany, Italy, and France.
Coordinate with global stakeholders including product marketing, sales, learning specialists, and compliance teams

Manage the Candidate Journey:

Oversee the end-to-end experience for educators enrolled in the programme. From application and onboarding through to virtual workshops and coaching portfolio development.
Ensure smooth enrolment via internal systems and prompt support throughout the programme lifecycle.

Facilitate Cross-Functional Delivery:

Coordinate with professional learning specialists delivering live virtual workshops.
Work closely with content, translation, and localisation teams to ensure learning materials align with regional standards and languages.

Maintain Programme Quality and Compliance:

Monitor programme outcomes and feedback loops to ensure high-quality delivery and continuous improvement.
Ensure the programme meets all legal, ethical, and data compliance requirements across each market.

Drive Communication and Stakeholder Alignment:

Act as the key regional liaison for internal teams, helping maintain alignment and clarity across global operations.
Contribute to internal reporting and progress tracking through structured updates and documentation.

Skills & Experience:

Languages: Native or fluent German (essential)
Proficient in Italian and/or French (strongly preferred)

Background:

5+ years in programme or project management, ideally within education, digital learning, or training environments.
Strong understanding of professional development, coaching, or adult learning principles.
Experience coordinating across time zones, functions, and cultural contexts in a fast-paced, agile organisation.

Key Competencies:

Meticulous attention to detail and highly organised.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) for educator-facing and internal communications.
Able to analyse data, track outcomes, and make insight-driven decisions.
Comfortable working autonomously while managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Technical Skills:

Proficient with productivity tools such as Keynote, Pages and Numbers OR Excel.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) or education platforms is a plus.

Bonus Points For:

Experience using or supporting the use of Apple technology in education
Understanding of local education systems in Germany, France, or Italy
