What You’ll Be Part Of

Step into a key role where you’ll help design, test, and roll out our EWM Global Template across CCEP countries.

From blueprint to go-live, you’ll be at the heart of a global transformation journey—driving innovation, efficiency, and operational excellence.

 

What You’ll Do

As a key player in our global Warehouse team, you will:

Collaborate with project teams and country deployment leads to tailor and implement EWM solutions that meet local needs.

Guide warehouse process experts and core teams to ensure a smooth, effective rollout of the EWM template.

Lead system integration testing (SIT) to ensure everything runs as expected.

Prepare and support local teams through training using a train-the-trainer approach.

Coordinate business cutover planning activities and ensure readiness for go-live.

Partner with change and training teams to manage workforce impact and deliver engaging training programs.

Support business units across countries through user testing, training, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.

Oversee RF network assessments and ensure all site data is deployment ready.

Prepare teams for a seamless handover to Business-As-Usual operations.

 

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a proactive, collaborative professional with:

A degree in Warehouse operation, Business Informatics, Business Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in implementing IT solutions or project management in warehousing environments.

Hands-on knowledge of warehouse operations, yard processes, and manufacturing logistics.

Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional team leadership skills.

Experience with data migration and maintaining data integrity.
