Your role

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Production Controller to join our aerospace commercial team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for translating production plans into actionable schedules, ensuring smooth execution, and coordinating across departments to keep operations running efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities
Production Planning & Execution

  • Translate the Master Production Schedule into detailed daily/weekly plans

  • Manage and release work orders, adjusting priorities in real-time

  • Track production progress and resolve delays or bottlenecks

    Monitoring & Reporting

  • Monitor KPIs and generate reports for production meetings

  • Ensure resource availability (manpower, machines, tools) aligns with plans

    Problem Solving & Recovery

  • Investigate production issues and implement corrective actions

  • Develop short-term recovery plans and manage non-conformities

    Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Lead daily production meetings and liaise with Logistics, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance

  • Keep planning systems (e.g., SAP, MES) updated with real-time status

    Logistics & Inventory

  • Oversee inbound, internal, and outbound logistics

  • Manage inventory levels, warehouse optimization, and transport planning

  • Ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements

    Master Data & Digitalization

  • Support master data governance and quality in ERP systems

  • Contribute to logistics process improvement and automation initiatives

    Your Profile

  • Experience in production control, logistics, or manufacturing operations

  • Strong knowledge of ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP)

  • Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
