What you will be doing:

E2E Ownership: Lead the product management of our Agent and Customer Analytics Hub from vision to execution addressing both long- and short-term business needs while translating those needs into concrete features and user stories.Product Strategy:Collaborate with Senior Manager, Data & Insights to define the strategic direction and deliverables of Products and Tools within the Data & Insights TeamStakeholder: Engage with supervisor, business partners and engineering team to deliver on product roadmap and understand technical constraints to recommend best course of action.Prioritization: Maintain a backlog of improvements aligned with overall business goals while prioritizing key initiatives.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency gains and automation leveraging data-driven insights and technology to drive continuous improvement. Instill a learning culture into existing business processes to improve overall business performance.User Experience Mindset: Proactively contribute to features and initiatives to enhance the user experience.Decision Making: Make data-driven decisions and prioritize delivering quality product to end users.Knowledge: Be curious about customer needs and motivation which will inform product decisionsAdoption:Be the change ambassador to maximize successful implementation of solutions with user-friendly documentation, demo videos and other collateralCreative Thinking: Ability to think creatively to identify and deliver new, innovative features and functionalities supporting our Continuous Improvement ethos.

What you will bring:

Proven track record of successfully deliveringend-to-end productssupporting analytics and insights Advanced knowledge ofdata visualization toolssuch as Tableau, PowerBI, etc. Advanced knowledge ofmarket & customer survey toolssuch as QualtricsData literate– should preferably have a background in data analytics or data engineering, ideally with a good working knowledge of SQL, Alteryx etc. Experience working inSCRUMandAgile DevelopmentExperience working with development management software such asJIRA, Azure Dev OpsBring aCan Do Attitudethat is flexible, creative, energetic and collaborativeExcellent communication skillswith the ability to communicate with senior stakeholders, technical and non-technical business partners to achieve product management excellenceKnowledgeof relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices in performance management and data analytic. Business oriented, analytical and problem-solving oriented mindset You are ateam player, but you are also able to work independentlyEnglishfluency is a must
