Role Overview:As a Product Manager, you will work closely with our VP of Product, developers, product designers, merchandising teams, and other key stakeholders to develop and implement solutions that enhance both our internal operations and customer-facing products. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful execution of projects that align with our business objectives and customer needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  2. Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond
  3. Work closely with the VP of Product to prioritize product features and ensure alignment with company goals
  4. Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions
  5. Develop detailed product requirements and specifications
  6. Coordinate with developers and designers to ensure timely and high-quality product releases
  7. Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback and data analytics
  8. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all product initiatives
  9. Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across teams using tools like Figma, Excel, and ClickUp

Qualifications:

  1. 2 years proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the tech or fashion industry
  2. Strong proficiency with Figma, Excel, and ClickUp
  3. Excellent project management skills with a keen eye for detail
  4. Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  6. A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and drive innovation
  7. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
