We are looking for a skilled and experienced Product Data Analyst to join our Product team and collaborate closely with Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering and Design to drive continued scalable commercial growth. You will leverage your analytical skills to gather insights from data, identify trends, and proactively suggest areas for further investigation, ultimately driving product improvements and contributing to the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely product and engineering teams in your pillar to deeply understand the product area and the challenges our customers face
Analyze and interpret product performance data, including user behaviour, engagement metrics, and business outcomes, to identify opportunities and actionable insights
Proactively suggest areas for investigation and improvement within the product
Design and execute quantitative and qualitative analyses to support product development, roadmap prioritization, and feature validation
Develop dashboards and reports to track key product metrics, providing ongoing visibility to stakeholders across the business and promoting data-driven decision making within your teams ad wider business
Work with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments (A/B testing, user surveys, etc.) and assess the impact of product changes
Present analysis results and recommendations clearly to stakeholders, ensuring data insights lead to definitive actions
Collaborate with data engineers and data analysts across the business to ensure data is structured and stored in a way that supports consistent reporting and analysis.
Lead efforts to standardize data definitions, metrics, and reporting practices across departments to ensure consistent use of data across the organization.
Facilitate cross-functional workshops and training to ensure all product teams understand and align with standardized data definitions and practices
Skills Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics)
Extensive previous experience in a product analytics role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment at a fast-moving organisatrion
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
Experience with product analytics platforms (e.g., Heap, Mixpanel, Google Analytics)
Ability to analyze large datasets, synthesize findings, and present them in a meaningful way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience in conducting A/B testing and interpreting experiment results
Experience optimizing a trial/sales funnel is a plus
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and curious mindset
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams
Understanding of business, UX, tech needs, and agile methodologies
