Principle Consultant (Environmental Consultancy) ProgressionRemote - Travel to Edinburgh monthlyUp to £50,000 to £60,000 + 25 Holiday + Pension + Company BenefitsAre you Principal Consultant or wanting to be a Principal Consultant with the chance to be part of a leading multi-disciplinary science based consultancy, leading a team of similar minded individuals making a difference to the conservation of the natural environment?Do you want to be part of a growing business, leading the innovation of new products, working with some of the most qualified people in this sector and growing your career?On offer is the opportunity to join a leading scientific consultancy business, established for nearly 20 years, ISO accredited, be part of close-knit team in the aerial surveys, providing conservation statistical analysis and research for clients while working with partners across the globe.In this role you will oversee a specialised team, liaise with clients, manage projects from cradle to completion, manage change, ensure projects are delivered on time and multiple reporting processes are adhered to.The ideal candidate is a consultant or principal consultant, has line management experience, has high degree in relevant field, has managed changing requirements, had to work in a highly organised environment while managing multiple stakeholders and changing timelines.The Role:Client liaison and support;Project scheduling and ensuring delivery to time;Inputting to the development and delivery of internal research and development projects;Co-ordinating and managing input from the Consultancy Team (ecological consultants and data scientists);Line management of team members;The Person:Demonstrable relevant experience of impact assessments (EIA/HRA) for offshore renewables development;Project management experience, with knowledge of the full project lifecycle;Stakeholder communications, through meetings, workshops and events; andExcellent knowledge of marine ecology, particularly ornithologyKey words:
