We’re seeking a Principal Data Consultant with deep expertise in technology and a versatile skill set spanning various languages, tools, platforms (data engineering, ML/AI, Data Science and more). You will get a kick out of building high performing teams, solving complex problems and creating lasting customer relationships.

The Technology:

• Proven experience in developing technical strategies and driving innovation, with expertise in at least one core area such as Cloud, Data, AI/ML, MLOps, Engineering.
• Working with one or more cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and GCP.
• Experienced with one of more programming languages such as Golang, Java, Python, Rust and others.
• Establishing ways of working. Experience in implementing and continuous improvement of Agile best practice
• Experience working in DevOps cultures

• Lead and inspire engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions
• Cultivate and manage strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality outcomes
• Being the first person on the engagement, to then shape it, by aligning the correct skills and team structures
• Define, scope, and plan project deliverables, ensuring clear / agreed, successful milestones
• Translate complex technical concepts into accessible language for stakeholders at all levels.
• Oversee multiple teams or projects, providing strategic direction and technical leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams to help secure new business through discovery, pre-sales, and proof-of-concept efforts.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, oversee governance processes, and ensure delivery exceeds expectations.
• Mentor and develop more junior consultants, fostering talent and supporting career progression.
• Shape technical strategies that enhance value for both the company and its clients.
• Encourage engaged internal communities.
