Portfolio Manager – Remote | Proprietary Trading We are working with a well-established proprietary trading firm with a 20-year history of success. Headquartered in Tel Aviv , the firm is expanding globally and diversifying beyond its core focus on high-frequency trading (HFT) in cash equities and futures. They are now looking to hire experienced Portfolio Managers to drive growth in medium-frequency strategies across any liquid asset class. Key Responsibilities : Develop and manage systematic trading strategies across various liquid asset classes. Lead the firm’s expansion into medium-frequency trading , while also considering high-frequency traders. Collaborate with in-house engineering teams to enhance trading infrastructure and execution. Build and manage a team of traders and quantitative researchers around successful strategies. Ideal Candidate Profile Track Record : A proven P&L track record with a minimum of $3M (not necessarily from the last year). Sharpe Ratio : Ideally 2.5 for medium-frequency strategies (lower Sharpe ratios will still be considered). Asset Class Expertise : Experience in equities, futures, FX, crypto, or other liquid markets. Leadership : The ability to work independently and scale your strategy by building a team
