Performance Data AnalystLocation: Remote with occasional travel to Anchor officesSalary: up to £36,687 per annumAbout AnchorAt Anchor, we aim to provide homes where people love to live and work. We’re proud to be one of the UK’s largest not-for-profit providers of housing and care for older people, making a real difference in our communities.The RoleAs a Performance Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping the success of our development schemes and strategic initiatives. Working closely with the Development team and our Sales and Marketing department, you’ll turn complex datasets into actionable insights and provide vital support for decision-making.Key responsibilities include: * Dashboard & Report Development: Design and develop dashboards, producing in-depth reports to communicate key metrics. * Data Integration: Work with central IT and data teams to enable data sharing from multiple sources. * Performance Reporting: Track and report on KPIs related to development schemes. * Business Analysis: Conduct research and create clear, actionable feasibility reports for new business opportunities. * Model Development: Design, amend, and update models for transactions and other business needs, running scenarios and producing outputs. * Stakeholder Communication: Deliver clear, insightful analysis and strategic recommendations to stakeholders across the business.Key Skills and ExperienceWe’re looking for someone who is: * Analytical and Detail-Oriented: Highly numerate with exceptional attention to detail. * Proficient in Tools: Skilled in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL, and CRM systems like Salesforce. * A Strong Communicator: Capable of presenting complex data and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Creative and Solutions-Focused: Able to think creatively and innovatively to deliver insightful and actionable results. * Team-Oriented: Enjoys collaborating across departments while working autonomously when needed.You should also have: * A degree (or equivalent qualification/experience). * Experience in data analysis, visualisation, and stakeholder engagement. * A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to challenges.What You’ll Achieve * Deliver clear and actionable programme insights and performance analysis. * Improve processes, integrate data sources, and drive efficiency. * Support critical and regulatory reporting requirements, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. * Enhance understanding of development targets and performance within Anchor and beyond.Why Join Us?At Anchor, you’ll enjoy a role with purpose, a supportive team, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact.
