The Role
Here at Fortem we are looking for a competent Data Analyst to play an integral role in the branch’s Performance Team. This role is full time and will be based in our office in flagship service in Birmingham.

The Project
The analyst will work across all core contract workstreams to monitor KPI performance, ensure contractual compliance, and identify business process improvements.
The role will also support on the delivery of new data-driven insights into workforce productivity and planning efficiency, as we strive to improve service delivery and customer experience.
The ideal candidate will easily build relationships across the branch, elicit key information from contractual documents, and manipulate datasets quickly and accurately.
Essential and Desirable Criteria
Essential Skills
• Previous experience in an analytical role.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Professional approach with high standards.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and numerical calculations.
• High level of IT literacy and data handling skills – advanced competency in Microsoft Excel: lookups; pivot tables; logical, text and math formulas; and charts.
• Positive proactive attitude.
• Familiar with business systems and MI reporting.
• Able to balance the development of proactive initiatives with reactive operational needs and BAU deliverables.
• Willingness to challenge the norm and seek improvement.
Desirable Skills
• Experience in Housing or Facilities Management or other responsive service deployment environment
• Familiarity with workforce management systems
• Understanding of relational databases
