People Data Analyst
Salary: £33,231 - £38,770 (DOE)
Based: Huntingdon or Peterborough (2 days a week in the office  - Flexible working)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Basis: 6 month - Temporary
  
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented People Data Analyst to join our well established clients’ People Team.
  
This is a senior-level analyst role, and ideal for someone with a strong background in People data analysis, will have a sound financial acumen, and excellent Excel capabilities.
  
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and interpreting people data to support strategic decision-making across the business.
  
Key Responsibilities as a People Data Analyst:

Manage and maintain People data with a focus on accuracy, integrity, and compliance
Identify anomalies and trends in workforce data and provide actionable insights
Manipulate and analyse data using Excel and other tools to assess cost by role, department, and other metrics
Support reporting needs using Workday (no need for deep proficiency, but familiarity is beneficial)
Collaborate with People Team and Finance teams to interpret salary data and workforce costs
Assist in the development of dashboards and reports to support business decisions
Ensure data governance and control processes are followed
Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as required   Required Skills & Experience as a People Data Analyst:

Proven experience in a data analyst role within a People Team environment
Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization
Understanding of financial principles, especially related to salary and workforce cost analysis
Familiarity with Workday reporting tools (training can be provided)
High level of IT literacy and comfort working with various data systems
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities Benefits:
