It’s an exciting time at Oasis Community Learning, especially in the People & Culture team. There has been significant investment in expanding the team to ensure we’re equipped to provide the very best service to all of our academies and National colleagues.
We’re looking for an experienced HR Data Analyst who will develop and deliver comprehensive HR MI to support projects and initiatives in the People Services and wider People Team, providing effective data and insights to drive excellence in People Operations and project delivery. You’ll be joining us at a pivotal time as our new HR structure and ways of working are rolled out nationally, providing a real opportunity to make a difference to all colleagues, and by extension students, in our academies.

You’ll be responsible for
Partner with People Services and wider People Team stakeholders to understand their MI needs and provide timely, accurate, and clear analytics, including regular and ad-hoc reporting, interactive dashboards, advanced data modelling, scenario planning, and research projects.
Analyse data to identify trends or key issues, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Drive process improvements and promote innovation within the People Team.
Resolve data and MI technical issues and maintain advanced MI knowledge.
Manage MI system and dataset access, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
You’ll bring
Significant experience in integrating and analysing HR data from multiple sources (including HR Information Systems) to create relevant reporting and dashboards in a complex organisation.
Advanced Excel skills, Power BI and an experienced user of MS Office. Experience with Midland HR/iTrent HRIS is strongly advantageous.
Demonstrable experience in analysing, modelling, and interpreting employee data and management information to produce clear, concise reports, insights, and recommendations, as well as automating MI processes.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build excellent relationships with stakeholders and translate complex data into clear business language.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise effectively.
Attendance at our Waterloo office is mandatory 3 days per week.
