  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritise, schedule, and monitor the performance of paid media campaign optimisation testing programs.
  • Oversee data-driven optimisation initiatives across global markets, boosting the use of analytical tools, landing page optimisation & personalisation techniques, and journey funnels for informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Equip teams with the tools and knowledge to analyse data, identify trends, and translate insights into action. Share best practices through training and mentoring sessions.
  • Empower teams to translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations for optimising website marketing campaigns and delivering exceptional customer experiences for diverse audiences.
