Theideal candidate will have extensive experience in customerbehaviour analytics, marketing, commercial, web, or productanalytics, and possess domain knowledge in marketing, customer,digital, and commercial sectors. Additionally, the candidate shouldhave strong project management and people management skills.What WeLook ForPrevious experience in data science, with provenexperience in Generative AI and LLM development andevaluation.Hands-on experience in customer behaviour analytics,marketing, commercial, web, or product analytics with core focus incustomer experience (if available) Build and evaluateGenerative AI solutions and Large Language Models (LLMs) forvarious use cases.Develop and implement machine learning models,including predictive, forecasting, classification, and deeplearning models.Experience in working with various data sets,including transactional/EPOS, digital, social, loyaltyetc. Hands on experience in using programming languages suchas Python Knowledge of cloud platforms and tools for datascience and machine learning.Utilise visualization tools such asPower BI or Tableau to present data insightseffectively.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understandbusiness challenges and create valuables products/solutionsProvenproject management experience, including planning, execution, andsuccessful delivery of AI/ML POCs, MVPs and production gradesolutions.People management skills, including mentoring, guiding,and developing team members.It Would Be a Bonus If YouHaveExperience in primary growth sectors; CPR (Consumer Products& Retail), ETU (Energy, Utilities, and Telecommunications), andPS (Public Sector).Familiarity with Agentic AI development Familiarity with ethical considerations and best practices inAI and data science.A Curious mindset and interest with the latestadvancements in AI, machine learning, and data science spaceNeed ToKnowWe don’t just believe in inclusion, we actively go out tomaking it a working reality.
