Are you an experienced Office Administrator looking to step into a unique company with a great company culture?

This company is a control systems and data analytics business focussed on the renewables sector, they design, build and supply control system solutions that sit in between the grid and renewable energy generation systems.

In this role you will be responsible for a couple of key areas around the office including but not limited to; administrative support, office management, communication and coordination. The ideal person will be organised and detail oriented, have excellent communication skills, problem solving skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office.

The Role:
*Administrative Support: Answering phone calls, managing files and records, invoice management and tracking payments.
*Office Management: Ordering supplies coordination of repairs, general office tidiness
*Communication and Coordination: Organising of meetings and events, point of contact for visitors
