New Business Sales Executive Role Overview

Are you an ultra-organised, high-energy, go-getter with a passion for sales? Do you thrive on building relationships, making things happen, and helping to drive business growth? If working to targets and celebrating your wins is how you operate, we want to hear from you!

We’re looking for aNew Business Sales Executiveto support and work closely with our founder in driving new business. This isn’t your typical desk-bound admin role – you’ll be an integral part of the sales process, helping tocanvas, build a pipeline, and engage with business ownersthrough outbound activity, events, and in-person pitches. If you love sales, networking, and being in the thick of the action, this is the role for you!

You’ll be working on identifying and building new accounts for one of London’s leading digital marketing agencies. Our reputation is strong and we have a fantastic proposition to take to market.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Outbound Sales Support– Proactively reaching out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, cold calls, and other creative channels to generate leads.
  • Research & Targeting– Identifying ideal business prospects, researching their needs, and tailoring outreach accordingly.
  • Admin & Organisation– Keeping CRM systems updated, scheduling meetings, and ensuring all sales activities run smoothly.
  • Pipeline Management– Organising and maintaining an effective sales pipeline, tracking progress, and ensuring follow-ups happen at the right time.
  • Event & Meeting Support– Attending industry events, networking, and travelling to client meetings to help present our services and close deals.
  • Sales Strategy Input– Contributing ideas to improve outreach strategies and refine messaging to increase conversion rates.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or outbound outreach– Cold calling, networking, and relationship-building should be second nature to you.
  • Confident & outgoing– You’re comfortable picking up the phone, starting conversations, and making connections.
  • Super-organised & detail-oriented– You thrive on keeping everything running smoothly and never miss a beat.
  • Self-motivated & driven– You take initiative and don’t wait for opportunities – you create them.
  • Ability to travel as needed– Whether it’s for a pitch, a client meeting, or an event, you’re ready to hit the road.
  • A love for business & entrepreneurship– You enjoy working with ambitious business owners and understand what makes them tick.
