We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics and Data Modelling Specialist to join our team on an exciting project involving data migration and integration between Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce. This role requires a deep technical understanding of data modelling, data migration, and mapping data models across different technology stacks.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an agile environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams to ensure a seamless transition of data. Key Responsibilities:



Develop and optimise the data model of the existing Microsoft Dynamics database.

Map and integrate data models between Microsoft Dynamics and other technology stacks, including Salesforce.

*

Lead and execute data migration strategies ensuring data integrity and consistency.

*

Collaborate closely with Salesforce teams to ensure smooth data integration.

*

Work within an agile framework, contributing to sprints and ensuring timely deliverables.

*

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide status updates and address challenges.

*

Ensure compliance with data governance and best practices in data modelling.

Key Requirements:

Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics technology stack and data model.

Hands-on experience with data modelling and data migration strategies.

*

Ability to map data models across different platforms.

*

Prior experience working in an agile environment.

*

Good understanding of Salesforce and its data structure (preferred).

Excellent communication skills and ability to work on time-sensitive projects.

*

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
