The Role
Key Responsibilities:

• Master Data Ownership: Manage and maintain master data structures across key management systems, ensuring consistency and integrity.
  
• Data Governance & Compliance: Develop and enforce policies, SOPs, and frameworks for data quality, security, and regulatory compliance.
  
• Data Integration & Accuracy: Maintain data mapping records, analyse inconsistencies, and implement best practices for data storage and reconciliation.
  
• System & Process Optimisation: Monitor systems, recommend upgrades and streamline data collection and reporting for improved efficiency.
  
• Stakeholder Support & Training: Act as the primary contact for IT, support data users, and provide training on data management best practices.
  What We’re Looking For:
  
• Proven experience as a Data Governance Manager / Master Data Manager or similar role
  
• Proficiency in database maintenance, data modelling, and data warehousing is essential.
  
• Familiarity with SQL would be ideal
  
• Knowledge of Data Governance and Compliance and Quality Management
  
• Project management capability
  
• Awareness of change management and impact on delivering projects
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex data concepts effectively
  
• Problem solving and adaptability
