New Job Opportunity - Master Data Analyst - 6 Month PAYE Contract - Aberdeen

Position: Master Data Analyst (SAP / Finance)

Location: Aberdeen, Kingwells

Contract: 6 Months PAYE

Rate: Negotiable dependent on experience

Hybrid: 3 days office, 2 days home

Purpose of the Role

Provide master data support to corporate ERP systems, ensuring accurate creation, maintenance, and integrity of system master data.

Key Responsibilities

HSES & Compliance

Ensure all activities are carried out safely in line with regulatory requirements, legislation, and Our Clients HSES procedures
Adhere to Our clients Ethics and Compliance policies and complete all required training
Core Responsibilities – SAP Master Data Support

Provide ongoing support and maintenance of finance master data within SAP, including:

Business Partners
General Ledger (GL) Accounts
Profit Centres
JV Equity Groups
Cost Centres
WBS Elements

Ensure data integrity through robust processes and controls
Identify and communicate cross-functional dependencies across master data and systems
Perform system functional integrity testing where required
Support internal and external audits
Additional Responsibilities

Provide master data support for Wintershall Dea systems
Support regular user account reviews and control processes
Administer finance-related peripheral systems
Undertake additional duties as required by management
Skills, Qualifications & Experience

Degree qualified, ideally with a recognised accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
Strong accounting background (qualified or qualified by experience)
Proven analytical skills and attention to detail
Experience with SAP master data (preferred)
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
Service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivery
Flexible and adaptable in a changing environment
Ability to work to deadlines and perform under pressure
