Citi is very excited to be launching the exclusive

Citi Markets Quantitative Analyst Mentoring Programme

for people who are interested in learning about a career in Quantitative Finance. This is a unique opportunity to receive one-to-one monthly guidance through a series of 1-hr mentoring sessions from Citi’s Markets Quantitative Analysis professionals and discover if a career within MQA is right for you.
We are looking forward to receiving your application and being part of an important step in your future career.
Successful candidates will:
• Benefit from a 6-month structured mentoring programme that will build their knowledge of Citi
• Enhance their understanding of the skills needed for a successful career in Markets Quantitative Analysis
Eligibility Criteria:
Be within 1-2 years of completing a STEM qualification (Undergrad/Master’s/PhD) or a maximum of 3 years working experience in a STEM related field and looking for a career change

Technical programming skills: C++, Python, C#, .Net, SQL, R, Java, KDB/Q, MongoDB

Expectations:
Attend monthly 1-hr Zoom sessions with mentors

Share career aspirations and focus areas

Lead and take responsibility for own learning and development

Please note:
