Data Scientist

Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days/week in-office)

An exciting opportunity for a commercially-minded Data Scientist to join a global leader in the digital entertainment and consumer technology space. This is a hands-on role within a central Data & AI function, focused on applying statistical modelling and experimentation to solve business challenges across marketing and customer analytics.

About the Role:

You’ll work on high-impact projects, building statistical models, experimentation frameworks, and marketing effectiveness tools. From marketing mix modelling to A/B testing, your work will directly support cross-functional teams in making informed, data-driven decisions.

You’ll collaborate with engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to develop scalable solutions and translate insights into real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and implement statistical models for customer and marketing analytics
Design A/B tests and incrementality frameworks to measure business impact
Develop and maintain marketing mix models to evaluate campaign performance
Work with large datasets using Python and SQL
Communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Collaborate with technical teams to bring models into production
Continuously improve model performance and business integration
Working in a global team with a focus on GenAI / LLMs.

Skills & Experience Required:

Must-have:

2–4 years of hands-on experience in a Data Science or Analytics role
Strong foundation in statistics, hypothesis testing, regression, and experimental design
Proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy, statsmodels, scikit-learn)
SQL experience for data wrangling and analysis
Experience with marketing analytics and causal inference - Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and Attribution Modeling have no secrets for you
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
