About the Role

We are looking for a driven Marketing Automation Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations of HubSpot. This is a fantastic opportunity for a tech-savvy digital marketer with a strong passion for marketing automation to make a significant impact.

As part of our Corporate Marketing Team, you’ll become a HubSpot Super User, supporting the global marketing teams by managing the platform, providing user training, and offering ongoing support. You'll ensure best practices are followed, troubleshoot issues, maintain data integrity, and contribute to the execution of strategic marketing automation projects.

Role Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the HubSpot Marketing Hub: lead day-to-day activities such as platform maintenance, data hygiene, user support, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage platform expansions, template creation, new property configurations, and the rollout of new features to improve functionality
  • Work closely with regional teams to provide feedback and encourage innovative approaches to help them fully leverage HubSpot’s capabilities
  • Facilitate onboarding and provide ongoing training to upskill HubSpot users, ensuring they are fully equipped to maximize the platform.
  • Oversee the collection, organization, and maintenance of data, ensuring accuracy and proper usage across the platform; provide support and best practice on database segmentation
  • Manage data flow and lead routing in HubSpotto ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Responsible for reviewing HubSpot outputs (emails, landing pages, workflows, popups, etc.) and ensuring these meet company guidelines
  • Assist regional teams with compliance and relevant data privacy regulations
  • Develop and implement new processes and guidelines, keeping in mind a global-first approach
  • Monitor email deliverability performance, offering regular insights and recommendations to optimize results
  • Manage current and future 3rd party integrations with HubSpot
  • Creating and maintaining Marketing dashboards and reports
  • Support campaign tracking across HubSpot and Salesforce (CRM)
  • Assist the Senior Manager with future HubSpot developments and wider MarTech support


Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements

  • You are a hands-on marketer, who loves project management, collaboration, and problem solving.
  • You have 2-3 years’ experience in a Marketing role, and you are ready for your next challenge!
  • You have used a Marketing Automation tool, such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot or similar, and you thoroughly enjoyed learning all the features, techniques, and platform best-practices.
  • You understand digital marketing best practices and lead generation.
  • You have utilized MarTech stack, such as Marketing automation (HubSpot experience preferred), Google suite (Analytics, Console and Tag Manager), Webinar and video, Salesforce (or other CRM), and/or other MarTech tools.
  • You have strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
