Your Role

In the Enterprise Data & Analytics team at Capgemini Invent, we help world leading organisations reimagine their business and unlock value through a hands-on approach of leveraging data and artificial intelligence. Our mission is to put Capgemini Invent at the forefront of AI Consulting. You will be joining our AI Product Innovation team, which is a small but rapidly growing team, home of product and data science expertise, including genAI. We bring an innovative product driven approach to our client’s biggest challenges, while striving to provide a stimulating and rewarding home for the best AI talent!

We have extensive experience in setting up, running and scaling AI innovation capabilities, focusing on building the right culture and operating model, underpinned by sustainable AI and assurance practises.

Your Profile

As a Manager/ Senior Manager in the AI Product Innovation team you will take an active role into growing and developing further our capability. You will work closely with our leadership team to drive forward our business, model our values and behaviours, coach and develop more junior members of the team.


Key expectations from this role include:

  • A strong understanding of AI products and their applications in various domains and industries
  • Experience in leading, shaping and delivery of complex AI projects across multiple workstreams
  • Ability to lead teams to design and execute pilots to test and validate AI solutions, and proven ability to operationalise these AI solutions
  • Excellent communication, storytelling and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • A growth mindset and a passion for learning and experimenting with new technologies
  • Strong experience with agile methodologies and tools for AI product lifecycle management
  • Hands-on experience with Design Thinking principles and user-centred design
  • Ability to define and communicate a clear and compelling vision and strategy for an AI product portfolio
  • Experience scoping and developing proposals for new AI opportunities
  • Experience with the commercial management of a project, including costing and resourcing
  • Experience managing and upskilling others, championing personal development and capability development
