Role Description

As the Manager – Data Analytics & Insights, you will be responsible for building and optimizing data-driven frameworks that guide decision-making across Idealz. You’ll analyze financial, operational, and customer data, design predictive models, and deliver insights that shape campaigns, customer engagement, and revenue strategy. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics and business strategy — able to zoom into the data while advising leadership at the highest level.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and manage analytics frameworks, dashboards, and reporting systems for real-time business intelligence.
  • Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and business KPIs to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Develop predictive models and ROI-driven insights to optimize campaigns and product performance.
  • Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure strategies are insight-backed and commercially impactful.
  • Monitor key KPIs to drive improvements in conversion, retention, and overall revenue performance.
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to support innovation and expansion strategies.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership, influencing strategic direction.
  • Promote a data-first culture across the organization by empowering teams to make informed decisions.
  • Experience: 7–10 years in data analytics, business insights, or data science, ideally within B2C, retail, e-commerce, or tech-driven businesses.
  • Skills: SQL, Python/R, and BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, etc.).
  • Proven ability to translate large, complex datasets into actionable business strategies.
  • Experience with predictive modeling, campaign analysis, and customer lifecycle analytics.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of customer behavior, funnel optimization, and campaign ROI.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
