Management Consultant (Security Cleared / Developed Vetting)

If you are an experienced transformation lead with a focus on strategy and change and come with exposure to governmental domains, making key digital and data strategy decisions, please read on! We are searching for individuals with a passion for problem-solving and a keen eye for detail – whilst having an understanding of the inner workings of Defence / Intelligence clients – you must either have existing clearance or capability to obtain it. Our consultancy partner is offering an exciting opportunity to lead a team of Business Consultants and use your expertise to make an impactful difference to long term digital programmes of work in the UK.

We welcome applications from candidates with the following skills and experience:

• 5+ years’ experience in Management Consulting, with recently leadership expertise

• Strategy, Procurement, Concept and Product Ownership expertise skillset.

• Demonstrable background on Public Sector programmes and Project Management credentials, with strong stakeholder management skills and communication.

• BPMN, UML, ITIL, OGC toolkit, Better Business Cases exposure.

• Skillset within Cost analysis and Investments knowledge.

• Business transformation and change expertise.

• Understanding of The Green Book methodology.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate several years of experience in Consultancy, have a background working on Public Sector programmes, and be comfortable with Cost Analysis and Investments. Again, you must be willing to gain UK Security Clearance if you don’t already have existing status and have a STEM degree. However, a varied background, diverse programme exposure and an ability to adapt to changing requirements is most important.
