Trading System Developer - London - Up to £200k + Bonus + Equity

Who?

Working with a global proprietary trading firm that has been active in traditional financial markets since the early 1990s. Over the past decade, they have diversified into emerging markets, including digital assets.

Why?

The firm aims to build a new, mission-critical, high-performance trading system from scratch. This involves algorithmic development, trading system development, and low-latency coding.

What?

Development of a greenfield trading system using Python, along with newer technologies such as Go and Rust. The role includes creating solutions for platform connectivity and monitoring systems. The team has a flat structure, promoting collaboration with traders, researchers, and software engineers within the small group and across the organization.

Where?

The firm has 10 offices worldwide, including London. The role offers remote working flexibility and is full-time.

How much?

The compensation package is competitive, with a base salary of up to £300k, plus bonus and equity.
