They’re assembling a brand-new, tightly focused team to build a high-performance trading platform from scratch. Zero legacy, full ownership. This is the kind of role where you’re shaping infra that will define how they trade over the next decade.

What:

Low-latency, mission-critical system design, starting in

Python or C++ , with parts in

Rust / Go

where it makes sense. You'll cover everything from algo execution to connectivity and monitoring. Expect close collaboration with traders, researchers, and engineers, it’s a flat structure where good ideas rise fast.
