Based - in our offices in Wellington, Telford
37.75 hours per week - Monday to Friday with some flexibility

This is a role that will involve liaising with experienced recruiters to aid and help drive the transition of processes via a new technology platform we have engaged with. Initially on a temporary basis the role could very easily evolve into a full time position for someone with the right attitude.

Responsibilities
  • Support the transition of recruitment processes using a new technology platform by liaising with experienced recruiters.
  • Identify new client data and re-qualify existing data, ensuring information is shared with the correct person and safely stored in the CRM.
  • Utilise online, telephone, and AI-driven techniques for data activities.
  • Perform simple quality check calls to customers, accounting for 50%+ of time spent on this task.
What you will do

You will be involved in early exposure to various aspects of the recruitment process, providing insight into how the recruitment industry works.

Requirements & Qualities
  • Interest in data quality, CRM systems, and recruitment processes.
  • Good communication skills for online, telephone, and AI-assisted activities.
  • Ability to work in a flexible, inclusive, upbeat environment and contribute to a team that rewards hard work and results.
