Salary:
£57,000 – £70,000 + up to 10% bonus per annum
Working Location:Predominantly from home, working in the Milton Keynes office on average twice per month. Additional days could be required during your probation period.

What you’ll be doing
Lead the transition and automation of data flows using Power Query, SQL, and SSIS. Collaborate with reserving actuaries to rebuild and maintain data processes, strengthening actuarial reserving models and supporting the development of these models. Develop best practices for data extraction, storage, reconciliation, and change management. Mentoring junior members of the Actuarial Data and BI team in developing these best practices. Implement and drive continuous process improvements within the Actuarial Data and BI team, contributing to the overall strategic data development projects. Maintain ongoing communication with external stakeholders, and manage ad hoc queries and analysis from actuarial, underwriting, finance, and risk.
The ideal candidate will have
Relevant work experience in the financial services industry Experience in building data solutions, including using SQL Server, SSIS, Power BI and Power Query Demonstrable change management experience Advanced SQL
