We've partnered with a PE-backed e-commerce business who are looking for a Lead Analyst to drive analytical capability which will play a key part in their growth. The business is currently relatively Data immature, so experience working with 'messy' Data will prove important in this role. As well as leading the charge with end-to-end reporting and analytics, you'll also look after small team of Analysts.


You'll focus on Supply & Operations within the UK, helping to drive operational efficiency that supports profitable growth and wider strategic progress. You'll work cross functionally as part of a centralised Data team, working closely with senior stakeholders including C-suite.


This is a critical hire for the business, that will help shape best practice from an Analytics perspective and ultimately, have a big impact on the commercial & operational success of the organisation. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to drive true personal value through their work.


What you need:

  • Expert-level SQL expirience
  • Data visualisation expertise, they use Tableau
  • Expirience working with messy Data, or in an organisation with low Data maturity
  • End-to-end Analytics expertise & expirience with predictive analytics, deep-dive root cause analysis, user funnel analysis
  • Brilliant stakeholder management and expirience working with C-suite level stakeholders
  • Expirience in Supply & Operations
