Are you a skilled biostatistician looking to take the lead on exciting, complex projects across the EMEA region? Our client, a top-tier CRO, is seeking aLead Biostatisticianto join their growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is confident leading statistical aspects of clinical trials. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to study design, and guide programming and analysis to ensure high-quality outcomes for global studies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead statistical activities on clinical trials of moderate to large complexity
• Provide input on protocols, sample size, and randomisation
• Develop statistical analysis plans and review study documentation
• Oversee and validate statistical tables, listings, and reports
• Collaborate with data management and programming teams
• Support project delivery to timelines and budget
• Act as a primary contact for sponsor communication

About You:

• MSc/PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics or related field
• 2+ years’ experience in clinical trials (CRO or pharma environment)
• Strong SAS programming and statistical skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamworking abilities
• Organised, adaptable, and proactive
