We’re looking for a dynamicData Scientistto join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for analysing in-house and external data sources, and working closely with internal stakeholders and customers to explain the findings in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Generating reports about patient experience in the US and UK
  • Identifying and using new data sources from around the web, in combination with our proprietary patient experience data
  • Supporting development of ML and NLP models to extract insights from unstructured data
  • Communicating with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Delivering products in the form of reports and presentations
  • Ensuring projects follow agile methodologies and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:


Must have

  • Experience working with data and analytics
  • Experience usingPythonto manipulate and visualise data - using packages likePandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn
  • Strong problem-solving, data analytical, and exploratory skills
  • Comfortable working remotely
  • Right to work in the UK

Nice to have

  • Experience working intech, healthcare,orSaaSenvironments
  • Experience working directly with commercial clients to present and evolve data science solutions.
  • Experience with project management and knowledge base tools such asJiraandConfluence
  • Postgraduate degree in a quantitative field
  • Knowledge ofAgile methodologies(Scrum, Kanban, etc.)


This is a remote role for UK-based individuals.
