About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Data Analyst to support our risk management team by extracting and compiling data for monthly risk reports. This role offers an excellent opportunity for early-career data professionals to develop skills in SQL, Google Sheets, and handling large datasets like those in BigQuery, while gaining exposure to risk management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in extracting data from the central Risk system using SQL queries.

Compile and organize data into monthly risk management reports using Google Sheets.

Collaborate with senior team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Learn to manage large datasets using BigQuery under guidance.

Maintain high attention to detail in all data-related tasks.

Support efforts to improve reporting processes within the team.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Basic experience with SQL and the ability to write simple queries.

Proficiency in Google Sheets, including functions and data organization.

Willingness to learn and develop skills in BigQuery or similar platforms.

Strong attention to detail and a methodical work approach.

Good communication skills and effective team collaboration.

Some familiarity or interest in risk management or financial services.

Interest in data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.

Experience or coursework in data analysis or reporting.
