About Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior Data Analyst to support the collection, analysis, and reporting of data across our housing operations. Helping the organization to understand trends in tenancy management, finance, LA reporting and resident satisfaction.

Position - Junior Data Analyst
Experience - 2-3 Years
Location - Luton
Work Type - On-site(5 days a week in office)

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proficiency in using Excel to organize and analyze data, including(eg, Pivot tables, Vlookups, Power Query, VBA).

  • Experience working in large data sets and data manipulation

  • Ability to create charts and graphs in Excel or use tools like Power BI to present data clearly.

  • Strong ability to examine data, identify patterns, and pay close attention to details.

  • Skilled in explaining data findings in simple terms to people without technical backgrounds.

  • Genuine interest in topics like housing policies and public service.

  • Good understanding of housing management systems
