About the Role

Due to the very high number of experienced applicants, we have adjusted the role so that any new applicants are within a lower band of 2-5 years experience.
Key Responsibilities

Collect, cleanse, cut, and analyse product, commercial, and public data to identify product gaps, data gaps, and commercial opportunities.
Develop and iterate on a proprietary Excel model used to analyse products.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Find automated or efficient workarounds to reduce manual effort.
Communicate findings and recommendations to Head of Sales Enablement and other stakeholders through dashboards and reports.
Document assumptions, acknowledge limitations, and track takeaways from analyses and internal discussions.
What we need from you

2-5 years of experience as a data analyst with experience analysing business data, or in a comparable role such as a financial analyst.
Comfortable working with large data sets, ideally in Retail/eCommerce industry.
Experience building complex financial or data models in Excel.
Expertise in Excel including the use of hotkeys, shortcuts, and complex functions.
Expertise in Google Sheets preferred but not required.
Scripting and experience in other programs such as SQL is a plus, but not required.
Extreme attention to detail and sense of ownership, with ability to handle a large amount of responsibility quickly and independently.
Interest in analysing food, supplement, cosmetic, and tech data, with a willingness to learn the details of product regulations in each industry.
Project management experience and organisation skills.
Remote preferred.
