Job Description

Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights Support decision-making by creating detailed reports and dynamic Power BI dashboards Collaborate with internal teams to understand data requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose analytics solutions Maintain data quality and integrity, ensuring accuracy and consistency across sources Use Python and SQL for data extraction, transformation, and automation tasks Assist in developing and implementing data collection strategies to improve data availability and relevance Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear, accessible format Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal data governance policies Provide support in evaluating and improving existing analytics processes for efficiency and scalability

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Power BI, including DAX, data modelling, and visualisation best practices Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analysis Solid SQL skills and experience working with relational databases Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities A methodical approach with high attention to detail and data accuracy Understanding of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and best practices

What's on Offer

Daily rate of approximately £225-275 per day, based on experience. Opportunity to work within the not-for-profit sector, contributing to meaningful outcomes. Temporary position offering flexibility and valuable experience. Office location in the heart of London with accessible transport links.
