Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Insights: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve customers operational efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with customer service teams to understand their data needs and support them with accurate and timely information.
  • Data Quality: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by performing regular data audits and cleaning.
  • Problem-Solving: Use data to identify and resolve issues impacting customer service performance.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Customer Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or data analysis role is a plus, but not required.
