Junior BI Analyst
Salary: £30,000

Location: Bedford (Hybrid working)

Contract type: Permanent, Full-time (37 hours per week)

What you’ll be doing:

As a rising star in our Business Insight team, you’ll collaborate with departments company-wide to deliver clear, compelling reports and visualisations using Power BI. You’ll dig into data, uncover trends, and support initiatives that improve processes, performance, and decision-making.

Your day-to-day will include:



Designing dashboards and reports that bring data to life

Partnering with teams to understand their needs and deliver insights

*

Supporting data quality checks and process improvements

*

Helping to build a community of self-service BI users

*

Continuously learning and refining our tools and approaches

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Have some knowledge of Power BI or a similar visualisation tool

Are curious, analytical, and love solving problems

Communicate clearly and enjoy working with others

Bring great customer service skills and can build strong relationships

Are organised, proactive, and ready to learn
