IT Support & Data Analyst

£29,306.17 per annum

Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Join St Anne’s Community Services in a pivotal role that combines technical support with data strategy. We are looking for an IT Support & Data Analyst to serve as the primary point of contact for IT inquiries while driving the organisation's data-led insights. This role blends first-line technical assistance with the design of Power BI reports and the maintenance of rigorous data quality.

  • Person Centred: You’ll serve as the initial point of contact for IT, providing professional assistance to end-users across all St Anne's services.

The Essentials

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or customer service roles.


Data Skills: Experience or strong proficiency in building Power BI reports and dashboards.


Technical Knowledge: Ability to use advanced Microsoft Office functions (Excel) and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.


Attention to Detail: Strong focus on data entry accuracy and ticket documentation.
