We're looking for an experienced IT Applications Manager to lead the development, integration, and migration of our core business systems.

🔍 About the Role:

As the IT Applications Manager, you will oversee the lifecycle of critical business applications, ensuring they align with organizational goals and deliver maximum value.

In this role you will be fully involved throughout service transition and into day-to-day delivery. You will be split 50/50 across Business as Usual (BAU) and Project / Enhancement work. You will be managing a small team, collaborate with stakeholders across departments, and drive continuous improvement in application performance and user experience.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

Lead the administration, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle Financials Fusion and Voyager Infinity platforms.
Manage application upgrades, integrations, and migrations with minimal disruption to business operations.
Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure data integrity, movement/migration, security, and compliance across all managed systems.
Ensure all SLA's are met and any that are not met are sufficiently managed through a quality process
Manage vendor relationships and service contracts related to application support.
Willing to undertake ad-hoc tasks as deemed suitable by the business or management.
Demonstrable understanding in Incident, Problem Management, Change Management and Release Management within an IT environment✅ Requirements:

Proven experience managing enterprise applications, particularly Oracle & Infinity (e.g. Voyager Infinity, Oracle Financials) is required
Working knowledge of SQL is essential
Strong understanding of application architecture, data flows, and system integrations and migrations
Experience leading a global/national team and managing projects from inception to delivery.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with ITIL practices and change management processes🎓 Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Certifications in Oracle or project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are advantageous.🌟 What We Offer:
