The Role

The role of the Team Leader is to lead, manage, engage, and develop a team of Senior Advisors responsible for inventory management and maximizing revenue opportunities.

This position is crucial in supporting the delivery of company KPIs, driven by a passion for achieving outstanding performance. The Team Leader collaborates closely with Revenue Managers, Revenue Analysts, and Senior Leadership teams across both P&O Cruises and Cunard. Key responsibilities include managing department workloads, reviewing priorities, and ensuring the team takes ownership of their product and berthing to align the guest and ship journey. The Team Leader fosters a fun and engaging environment by leading from the front.

Additionally, the Team Leader works with the Revenue Manager and the Air, Land, and Analytics Manager to optimize revenue and inventory. They continuously review processes to enhance business performance and ensure an exceptional guest journey.

Responsible for the success of development, training, and mentor of a team to drive forward business performance and revenue
Lead a team to deliver processes on time and in a consistent manner
Lead the full revenue support function and all deliverables relating to inventory for both brands
Manage forums for the review of performance, inventory, berthing and cost reviews

Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK09 and is offered on a full time, permanent basis, with hybrid working including up to two days from home.

About You

Proven background and/or experience in revenue and inventory management
Positive approach with the ability to adapt to different needs and changing priorities
Demonstrated people management experience, able to motivate and lead teams
Strong command of Microsoft Excel would be an advantage
