Job Description

An Interim HR Data Analyst to:

Lead on HR reporting and data analytics. Provide reports on areas such as D&I, Gender Pay gap and bench-marking. Gather, analyse, and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights. Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders, using Power BI and Excel. Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in workforce data. Collaborate with HR teams to streamline data processes and reporting structures, to create automation. Support ad-hoc data analysis requests and projects within the HR department. Provide recommendations to enhance HR practices and decision-making. Interpret data reports to present trends and patterns Utilise data tools to improve efficiency's and support organisational goals. Partner with stakeholders to understand data reporting requirements Develop and improve reporting within the HRIS.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim HR Data Analyst should have:

A strong background in data analysis and reporting Strong experience using Excel, Power BI and creating dashboards. Proficiency in HR systems and data management tools. Strong attention to detail. Open to all sector backgrounds
