They already have 3 office locations but this rolecan be remote first. This is a new team within an establishedcompany and the Lead Trader comes from a strong background at DRWthen Tower Research. He is open to people coming from a Trad Fibackground who want to step into Crypto HFT. On the Quant Researchside, they are looking for: - High level of raw programmingexperience (Python, C++ or Rust) - Solid quantitative /mathematical background - Previous experience with HFT- Crypto notrequired. - 7 years+ experience The role is remote globally andagain Crypto experience is not required, just an interest in thesector and a track record in trad fi HFT.
