The RoleAs a HubSpot Solutions Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of complex HubSpot solutions that align with client goals and RevOps principles. This role demands deep technical knowledge of HubSpot’s capabilities, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver innovative and scalable solutions.You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business requirements into tailored technical architectures and strategies that optimise their use of HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design and Architecture

Design and implement scalable HubSpot solutions that align with client business objectives and RevOps strategies.Create detailed solution blueprints, including workflows, data architectures, and integration maps.Leverage HubSpot’s APIs to design integrations with third-party platforms like Salesforce, Snowflake, and custom-built systems.Client Collaboration and Advisory

Serve as the technical advisor for clients, guiding them through the process of optimising their HubSpot ecosystem.Lead technical discovery sessions to understand client challenges and design solutions that address their specific needs.Develop and deliver proof-of-concept models to validate proposed solutions.Technical Implementation and Enablement

Oversee the implementation of complex integrations, automations, and customisations within HubSpot.Collaborate with development teams to deliver custom coded solutions (e.g., Python, JavaScript, HUBL).Document processes, solutions, and best practices for clients and internal teams.Process Optimisation and Innovation

Identify opportunities for improving internal processes, ensuring alignment with best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the quality and scalability of solutions.Stay updated on HubSpot’s latest features, API developments, and industry trends to incorporate into client strategies.Team Collaboration and MentorshipMentor team members on HubSpot’s advanced features and integration possibilities.Share expertise through training sessions and reusable internal resources.Note: The responsibilities outlined above are intended to provide a general overview of the role and should not be considered exhaustive. The HubSpot Solutions Architect may be required to undertake additional responsibilities as necessary to support the organisation's objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile Required Experience and Skills

4+ years of experience in HubSpot solution design, including complex integrations and RevOps strategies.Strong knowledge of HubSpot APIs and architecture.In-depth knowledge of HubSpot's technical capabilities and limitations.Hands-on experience with coding languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS).Hands-on experience with ReactJS and CMS HubSpot ecosystem and framework (HubL).Management Experience of projects with NodeJS serverless functions.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.Experience with software and cloud architecture basics (e.g., REST APIs, serverless architecture, data lakes).Proven ability to create technical documentation, diagrams, and process maps.Soft Skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly with cross-functional teams.Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for clients and internal stakeholders.Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and growth.Analytical mind with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Desirable Attributes

Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, Snowflake, and other data management tools.Certifications in HubSpot (e.g., HubSpot Trainer Certification) or technical skills (e.g., RevOps, cloud architecture).
