Role Overview 


As a CRM Strategist, you will play a crucial role in empowering clients to maximise their use of the HubSpot platform. Through tailored onboarding, training, and support, you will ensure clients are self-sufficient and confident in leveraging HubSpot for their business needs. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you will manage CRM migrations, plan and execute custom integrations, and design multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer success. This role requires strong client-facing skills, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with opportunities for travel and collaboration across the team. 


 

Key Responsibilities 

  1. Client Delivery 
  2. Deliver tailored HubSpot onboarding and training services to clients, ensuring they are self-sufficient in using the platform. 
  3. Support large-scale data migrations and native integrations, ensuring minimal disruption to clients’ workflows. 
  4. Provide technical set up of client's portals  
  5. Create technical documentation both for internal use and for clients 
  6. Conduct HubSpot portal audits, analyse performance to identify sales opportunities by recommending tactical strategies using the HubSpot platform. 
  7. Have a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to advise clients on how they can align HubSpot with their own. 
  8. Integration & Collaboration 
  9. Scope out and plan custom integrations by working with SpotDev’s in-house development team. 
  10. Liaise with clients to identify and implement solutions that meet their unique needs. 
  11. Strong understanding of data architecture  
  12. Ability to understand API documentation 
  13. Leadership & Team Support 
  14. Act as a role model and provide support to Technical Delivery team. 
  15. Contribute to maintaining the highest standards of delivery within the department. 
  16. Continuous Improvement 
  17. Keep up-to-date with HubSpot product updates and integrate these into training and support strategies. 
  18. Identify opportunities to enhance the department’s efficiency and effectiveness. 

 


Candidate Profile 


Essential Qualifications and Experience 


  • Experience in training delivery and portal activation 
  • Proven experience in managing CRM migrations and training clients to use HubSpot effectively. 
  • Familiarity with large-scale data migration and native integrations. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work with development teams on scoping and planning integrations. 
  • Experience in creating technical documentation  
  • End-to-end project management experience.  


Desirable Skills and Experience 


  • Experience working within a HubSpot Solution Partner agency. 
  • HubSpot Certified Trainer certification  

 


Key Attributes 


  • Strong client-facing and communication skills. 
  • Proactive problem-solving and solution mapping capabilities. 
  • Willingness to travel within the UK for on-site client engagements. (if you are UK based)

 


KPIs for Success 

  • Maintain a 80% CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) score or higher for all training services. 
  • Complete all onboarding projects within specified timelines. 
  • Ensure seamless integration delivery in collaboration with the Development team.
