Overview

Ovarro is seeking an HR Systems and Data Analyst to consolidate and report on people data, enabling better decision making. The role supports the OneTeam value and contributes to workforce planning, organisational design, and data quality across the Group.

Responsibilities
  • Consolidate and validate people data from a variety of sources, including HR systems and local records.
  • Design and implement processes that ensure people data is captured, maintained, and updated consistently across the Group.
  • Develop approaches to improve the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of people information.
  • Work with HR colleagues to ensure core people metrics are well maintained and readily usable for reporting.
  • Provide clear and timely insights to support workforce planning, organisational design, compensation planning, and utilisation.
  • Develop an understanding of the backend of systems to enable data understanding and manipulation for better reporting.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a Data Analyst position.
  • Experience managing and reporting on data from multiple sources, including spreadsheets, databases, and HR systems.
  • Demonstrated track record of improving data processes and delivering meaningful reporting solutions.
  • Advanced Power BI skills (or similar visualization tools).
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to structure and validate large datasets.
  • Knowledge of HR data domains (Power BI skills or similar visualization tools are advantageous).
  • Detail: some candidates may find the above skills useful but not essential.
  • Please note, as this role will work directly with company PII, it requires an additional level of background screening.
