The HR Projects Advisor will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR team in the roll out of strategic HR projects across a global remit. This role offers hybrid working on a full-time basis.

You will be joining a leading luxury business at their HQ in Bicester and sitting as part of the HR Operations team (in this newly created role!). This company pride themselves on creating a high achieving and inclusive culture, where you will have the opportunity to make a real impact with the work that you do. Description

The HR Projects Advisor will be responsible for:

Supporting and managing HR projects across Europe, including benefits platform roll outs, data audits, and system updates.
Working with teams across Reward, Talent, L&D, Employee Engagement to roll out various projects, as well as external vendors.
Using tools like SuccessFactors and UKG to support data integrity, reporting, and compliance.
Coordinating cyclical HR activities such as end-of-year reviews and performance processes.
Helping translate global HR initiatives into locally relevant actions across different countries.
Maintaining training manuals, project trackers, and internal documentation.Profile

A successful HR Projects Advisor should have:

HR Project Management experience
A strong understanding of Excel and HR Systems
Ability to present information and discuss questions around your findings
Confidence in working with senior stakeholders
An understanding of cultural nuances
Ability to work with data and use this to tell a story

Job Offer

A salary of £40,000 - 45,000 per anum, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, private medical cover, enhanced pension and much more
